Mi Cava, Su Cava

So who doesn’t like Greek food? If you don’t, then you are missing out. If you do, and you’re like me, then you always ask for a side of tzatziki sauce. While shopping in Paramus, NJ, I stumbled upon Cava. Now, being naive I truly thought this place only sold dips & spreads, since I’ve only encountered Cava whenever I shopped at Whole Foods.

With tons of fast food options to choose from when you visit a mall, Cava is to Greek food, like Chipotle is to Mexican food. Best thing about Cava, has to be the assembly line of flavors that I combined, for an amazing lunch. What I love about Cava is that each time you visit them, you can eat a different meal. I customized a rice bowl, but if you are in the mood for a pita or salad, dive right in as you choose from a variety of spreads and meats. Don’t take my word for it, but the lamb and “crazy feta” is a winning combo.
